Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition received
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare products
- Opened perfumes
- Used beauty tools
- Gift cards
unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Exchanges
We currently replace only defective or damaged items.
