Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to orders placed on ecosellersllc.org and shipped by Eco Sellers within the United States.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility

The item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
The item is in its original packaging with all included parts, lids and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

Return shipping cost

We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you for all eligible returns. You do not pay return shipping, and no restocking fee is charged.

How to start a return

Email zee@eco-sellers.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label and packing instructions.
Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier shown on the label.

Returns are received at: Eco Sellers, 1838 Woodgate Arch, Chesapeake, VA 23320, United States. Please request a return label before sending an item, so that we can match the package to your order.

Refunds

We inspect returned items within 3 business days of receiving them and email you once the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the full price of the returned item(s). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and provide a prepaid label if the item needs to be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product, color or size, return the original item using the process above and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards.
Items that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery, unless the item arrived defective.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships by emailing us with your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
