These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of ecosellersllc.org (the "Site") and to purchases made on the Site. The Site is operated by Eco Sellers, 1838 Woodgate Arch, Chesapeake, VA 23320, United States. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately, including materials, dimensions and care instructions. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. If a product you receive does not match its description, you may return it under our Refund and Return Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is charged when your order is placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Return Policy, which provides a 30-day return window and a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

7. Product use

Please follow the care and use instructions listed on each product page and included with the product.

8. Intellectual property

The text, images, graphics and layout of the Site belong to Eco Sellers or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information.

10. Third-party services

The Site is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their use of your information is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

Products are covered by any warranty provided by the manufacturer. To the extent permitted by law, Eco Sellers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
